“We checked in late and found stains on the toilet. When we got off the elevator on the third floor, the hallway smelled like smoke even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free facility. The pool wasn’t working, the breakfast was very poor, and the property overall feels very run down. This was my first time staying at a La Quinta, and based on this experience, I likely wouldn’t stay at any La Quinta property again.”

Since this hotel has a no refund policy, we didn't have much choice as to staying there. Our room was under the stairs that led to the second floor and so was dark and didn't feel very safe. “The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”
