The staff was very accommodating, my grandson has sensory issues and the bedding bothered him. We asked if we could get different bedding and they had the bedding issue fixed by the time we got back from our day out. Then 5 pm with 1 full day Left we were having issues with the air condition the maintenance came right away and was not able to repair it quickly so they put us in another room. Pool was nice and clean, trash emptied daily in the hall ways. This location is perfect you have lots of options to choose from as far as shopping. And just 15/20 mins from Any of the Disney parks. Very very quiet location. We will use this facility again in the future. Thank You

Great , clean and close to Universal

I thought all of the houses at margaritaville were great until we stayed at this one. Not very well thought out. The roof leaked hard during a rainstorm. The backyard is a joke. No covered patio to ride out the storm. No sliding glass or french door. Just a backdoor to a stark pool. No extra blankets like they said there would be. And don't bother emailing all these items. I still haven't received a response. We ordered from target. We'll try reunion next time.
