We appreciate Hilton’s commitment to social distancing because it has made the hotels more environmentally friendly. However, if the room isn’t going to be visited daily, all the supplies should be available at the beginning of the stay. Our body wash bottle was empty, which I didn’t discover until a few minutes into my shower. The staff was very pleasant and efficient, but the protocol to speak to someone at the valet stand was to go downstairs. There was no way to reach them by phone. The QR code and texting options listed on the valet ticket did not work. The room was mostly clean except there was a leak from the ceiling at some point, so the bathroom door was stained, and it looked dirty. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the liner on the shower floor was peeling up, so it was also showing it’s age or a poor quality install.
