“i live in falmouth but often come to the vineyard to see friends and get “away”, discovered this hotel and stayed for one night! the location is unbeatable. it is a bit tucked away which i liked but also in the middle of everything. the door codes were very convenient and modern. i didn’t mind that there wasn’t a desk person on site per say; common of boutique hotels! it was the weekend of july 4th so i knew the area would be insane, although my only gripe was that from midnight to 3am there was……

“Hidden gem that takes pets ! Staff at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. Rooms are ok just dated but the pool and price makes it worth it. We only stayed a night so we didn’t use the grills but I love that they have charcoal grills! Only issue I wanted to comment on is the “ beach “ area it’s very littered with trash and my dog kept picking up plastic glass etc , beach needs a good clean up. I will return here just hoping the beach is clean by then.”
