“The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping standards were good. However, there were several aspects that meant this hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star Spanish all-inclusive resort. We booked all-inclusive, but the food was a major disappointment. The quality and variety were more in line with a 3-star hotel. There were no traditional cold Spanish meats available……

“Todo bien! Hemos tenido una buena estancia. El personal muy amable y además nos gustó el restaurante! El apartamento estaba en un bajo y no tenía muy buena luz y además tuvimos una cucaracha, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, estaba limpio y nos cambiaron las toallas/sábanas cada 3 días. Alomejor sí que queda algo pequeño para 5 personas pero es suficiente porque no estuvimos mucho allí. Para aparcar muy bien y también a nivel ubicacion pues está muy bien comunicado con todo. Lo que menos……

“L, appartement était très propre le ménage est fait tous les deux jours ainsi que le changement des serviettes. La clim est très agréable vu les températures. Le seul problème est la wi-fi : sur le document donné à l'accueil ,on a la wi-fi de l'accueil pas de l'appartement .La piscine est en bas de l'appartement ,très calme et la plage la plus proche à 5 minutes à pied. Une autre se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture... Le lieu est donc très sympa et très calme.. Idéal pour les familles mais pas……

“It is important to note that this property has no AC. I did not check the actual apartment's website prior to booking, since expedia had previously showed air conditioner was available. Expedia has since changed the positing. If you cannot tolerate high humidity do not stay here. It also becomes a hygiene issue since they do not change bed sheets during the stay, everything was moist throughout the stay including showers. They suggested that the area was safe and that we could leave the room……
