“Very clean room, excellent staff always very helpful and friendly. Location brilliant for beach. Food was very good and a lot of options. Only slight negative was the kids pool wasn’t heated so water was cold but I believe this is normal for Menorca.”

“The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping standards were good. However, there were several aspects that meant this hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star Spanish all-inclusive resort.
We booked all-inclusive, but the food was a major disappointment. The quality and variety were more in line with a 3-star hotel. There were no traditional cold Spanish meats available……
“It’s a great budget option. But don’t expect a luxury resort. It’s a little far from the beach. Highly recommended you get a rental car to access the rest of the island. Son Bou is ok, but it’s a bit limited, so you’ll want to explore more.”
