“I was going to book at a higher end hotel in Ironwood, but decided to take a chance on the Days Inn in Hurley to save a few dollars. Turned out, it was every bit as nice as the other hotels that would have cost me more. I was very pleased with how clean the rooms and the hotel in general were kept.
The hallways were clean with no dirty floors and no odors, which is real important to me. The room was perfectly clean, again, fresh with no odors. The bathroom was clean and the shower tub drained……
“Having adequate electrical sockets in the room for CPAP, chargers for both of our cell phones, and our digital camera battery charger was a plus. Also having a box of kleenex was a plus too. Believe it or not several motels didnt provide any kleenex. Pool was not working when we were there. Would have been nice to have a night stands on both sides of the bed instead of only 1 side (Rm 106). We made it work by putting the CPAP on an office chair as our solution.”
“There is no elevator at this hotel so for
those unable to walk stairs request a 1st floor room. The rooms and building were in poor condition and in need of cleaning. The pictures on their web site do not depict the actual setting.”
