This hotel was a great location near the main pedestrian street...but some distance 915-20 minutes to center by foot. It's a lovely, clean modern hotel, with a rooftop pool and bar. They could use a bit more shade around the pool area, though. Would be good to add some umbrellas there. Merida is really hot!! it was 101 degrees F every day we were there.

It was about a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral, and many shops and restaurants. Shopping centers in front and back of hotel. I drove from Cancun and getting to the hotel was a little tricky. The colonial buildings and houses were amazing in downtown centro Merida overall it was wonderful, also drove to Progresso which was only about 45 minutes away, wonderful beach and food.

Rooms look tired and dull. AC in club room was incredibly noisy. I had to turn it off to video call. Service in the club room was lacking. Service in Italian restaurant extremely slow. Service in rest of the hotel was amazing, especially breakfast restaurant.

One of the best options in Merida. Close to Paseo Montejo and various touristic attractions. Service from Victor, Enrique, Angel and excellent Chefs Alam and Silvano at Peregrina and Lounge Club at 17th floor made the difference. Although there was some A/C issue at my room the front desk staff worked diligently and solve the issue and offer another room. Worth the money.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are big and kept ultra clean. The overall quality of the property is excellent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the Italian restaurant in the hotel is also very good. They have a nice swimming pool, walking distance for shopping, and plenty of other food options within walking distance are available. The area is very safe and family friendly. I highly recommend the Hyatt hotel.

Great pool, large, on third floor, sun only in the morning to about 1030, windy but welcome, bar by pool good too, well equipped gym, no classes, cleaning staff excellent, very walkable! Great area, no balcony, limited to two pucks of coffee in room. Overall experience was great.

Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency !

Nice but nothing special, comfortable , pool area nice pool and bar but totally no atmosphere. Bold and empty. Lots of concrete no plants or pots with plants just one big open space. With some great ideas absolutely much better
