A good place to stay that is away from the city center but still with options for food around. The room is a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dark and a bit dated but nothing horrible. I would return next time.

The place was way better than what I was expecting, I just wanted a cheap place to stay, but what I got was basically a single bedroom apartment, it was perfect. The pool was great I met a lot of people from all over the world, also met a couple cats and was able to pet one of them for a little bit, the other one didn’t want any pets and that’s ok both beautiful cats.

1) Message with the code didn’t arrive by the time I arrived so I needed to call. 2) a huge brown spider appeared after my first night in the room (around 6pm). I reported it and left immediately to stay elsewhere. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night but was denied. The person mentioned that my refusal of cleaning service was the cause. I was only staying there for 2 days and was trying to be considerate. How can a huge spider (possibly poisonous) suddenly appear if the room hadn’t been cleaned for 1 day?

Nunca pude accesar al hotel, tienen que saber que este hotel no tiene lobby y no ha alguien que te reciba, tienes que hacer la reservación con tiempo y comunicarte con el hotel con tiempo para que te manden las de la puerta principal y de tu habitación, yo yegue como 8 pm y nunca contestaron ni llamadas ni mensajes de Whatssap , xq según solo están disponibles hasta cierta hora de la tarde algo que para mí opinión es absurdo ya que deberían haber comunicación x cualquier situación que se presente durante la estancia . Después de 2 hrs de estar afuera del inmueble sin tener respuesta tuve que ir a otro hotel , la colonia y la calle donde se encuentra no está iluminada está obscuro y podría ser insegura . Al final se me hizo el rembolso cosa que agradezco.

Al parecer solo tienen para 3 autos, estacionamiento. Si no alcanza tu auto queda afuera en la calle, la zona es segura así que no hay tanto problema. Limpieza de 10, servicio como coffe, baño, de super 10

Me encantó!!! está super fácil de llegar, el acceso es totalmente independiente, te evitas el ponerte de acuerdo con la persona para hacer el check in, la habitación 2 muy limpia, super equipada, y la persona que me atendió por whatsapp muy atenta. Y lo que no me gustó fue que la alberca si está algo descuidada, una lastima porque le daría un plus qué se pudiera usar, pero esta llena de bichos y hojas del mismo jardín, tuve la mala suerte de que me picó una avispa dentro de la alberca y ya no pude disfrutarla, la dueña me mando pomada por el ardor, fue muy amable de su parte. ✨ Y si recomendaría colocar moldes para hacer hielos, porque si hace muuucho calor afuera.

Bueno pero...

El hotel es muy bonito, el problema es que nadie te recibe y envían dicen un mensaje con una clave para abrir una cajita y sacar la llave, nunca corroboran si está el cliente enterado de ello, maneje 22 horas y llegué muy cansado, permanecí en el auto en la puerta hasta que vi salir a alguien y pregunté que sucedía, así me enteré ahí hay un letrero con el WhatsApp y hasta entonces me comuniqué y entré después de las 7 am me bañe y salí, luego reclamé y no sin dificultad me aceptaron reponer la noche, insisto que la admon debe corroborar que se reciba el mensaje, el hotel vale la pena es muy bonito y de calidad.
