Sargassum is a real thing, do not stay here if Sargassum is high. Facility is nice, room is really nice. Some of the staff are incredible, some are not overly motivated which really hurts the vibe. Could use grounds keeping attention. Lastly skip the restaurant. The service is terrible. Could use an injection of Jimmy Buffett. Seemed strangely missing. Happy to discuss thoughts with upper leadership.
