“Very convenient location for those flying in and out. The hotel is a bit run down, but the staff are all lovely. Hotel staff call taxi's for you and are happy to give recommendations for places to visit when you ask.”

“I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver. We are truly appreciative of this gesture. The location was……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. “When we arrived things seemed ok. When we left our room to check things out we learned that if you rent a vehicle, which we did, you are charged a daily valet fee of $40 even if you do not use your vehicle for the day. You cannot bypass the valet charge as there is no parking on the hotel resort. There is also a daily $75 resort fee. “This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. They helped us by holding our bags since we arrived early, getting our room ready ASAP, and calling a cab when it was time to go to the airport. It was just a wonderful experience and we would……
