"Amazing views! Large porch with nice furniture to have morning coffee and early evening drinks! A bit hard to find but if you look for the pictures Tatiana posted you should be good! We were also there during Hurricane Erin and Tatiana checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also let our daughter stay an extra day when her flight was cancelled. Overall a great experience!!!!!"

"The unit we stayed in was VERY clean, with modern looks and finishes, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the units at Villa Milagro. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and silverware needed.. the bathroom was very clean and pushed HOT water every time we needed it. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of space for everything you are bringing. PRIVACY is at a premium here.. you are the only house around, we heard NO ONE the whole time we were there! Plenty of parking available. Ok, about the VIEWS!!! absolutely AMAZING! Pictures will not capture how magical the views are!! Breakfast on the porch is the ONLY way to understand. From the iguanas and tropical birds sunbathing in the mornings, to the sunrises.. you just have to be there. Some things to note: Rental car/Jeep is an absolute MUST.. there is literally nothing around you for a half mile. Thank God we rented a jeep upon arrival.. taxis are charging up to 40 to come and get you! This place is for experienced, independent travelers.. who value the sound of waves and nature at night, instead of music and people. AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! "

"From the time of booking this rental to the time we checked out, communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely friendly. We loved the large covered patio with almost 180 degree view of the ocean and mountains. The location was convenient with easy parking on site. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The home is multilevel with other guests staying in different rental spaces. We had an entire level with large patio and private entrance to ourselves. The home is slowly being renovated when not being rented to guests, but the needed updates did not take away from our experience. One thing to pay note to before booking: in addition to paying for the space, you also pay for each person. This practice may or may not work in the renter’s favor. I would recommend this vacation rental as an affordable option on the island."

"The house is perfect for our family of fourteen. There is ample space and we never felt cramped. The kitchen is well supplied including every spice you would ever need and condiments galore which saved us lots of money at the food stores. The dining table is a bonus as it is large enough for us all to enjoy dinner time together. The kitchen is spacious for our crew to pitch in making meals together.The location is quiet, private and absolutely breathtaking. We had two beautiful beaches to ourselves, Mermaids Chair which is right down a path from the house and was great for shell hunting. Then there is Sandy Bay Beach with huge waves for body surfing. The kids were in heaven. Staci, the manager texted us a few times just to check in and was available as needed. It’s the best vacation we’ve ever had together. We’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend the site to any group looking for private time to Just enjoy each other. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short walk down the hill to the bay. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Host was a good communicator. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay and they were tended to. The place could use some tlc and upgrades. Screen door to patio was difficult to close."

The location was actually really nice to be out of the business of town and not a far drive at all.
