Not everything was operational in the apt. Lights/fans etc. but was an awesome place to stay.

Ocean view is misleading property is out of the way on top of a hill.Shuttle and taxis do not want the fare.Sole staff member was fantastic.Rooms are outdated 1960’s .

Our villa was great with incredible views. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Calichi to anyone looking to stay on the quiet side of the island.

This was our first trip to St. Thomas so we chose a middle level place to act as a base to go exploring. It seems to be a dependable, middle of the road type accommodations. Clean and some amenities. The staff were either excellent or completely awful. We had the most issues when we attempted to use the restaurant on the premises. Service was non-existent, with people often getting up and leaving because no one would ever emerge to take their orders. Once you got the food you likely wouldn’t see a server again. I had to go hunting for my check on two occasions. On three occasions our bill had food that was not for our table and they had to adjust the bill. We also saw this happen with the pool bar. At initial check-in I was told we still owed for our stay. Luckily, I had my receipt for the full payment at the time of booking. It took some time but they did sort it out. The beach was closed due to the seaweed bloom, which is out of their control. They offered shuttles to other beaches but often there were more people waiting for the shuttles than seats available. While there weren’t major issues, it was solid but definitely not luxury or super convenient.

I only took away a star because the WiFi was down the entire time we were there. Other than that we truly enjoyed this resort.
