“The room is clean. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. The breakfast has many choices, including waffles, croissant, fresh fruit. I had a wonderful stay there.”
“Friendly staff; Balcony was unsecured and not private; Balcony door had a ripped screen with a large hole in it, perhaps from a break-in; the air conditioner was extremely noisy and I had to turn it off to sleep. The exterior of the building was lodge-style as advertised, and the suite interior was spacious and clean. The price was only marginally cheaper than the more well known hotels in the town, and given the security issue, the sub-standard air conditioner and the damage to the balcony……
