“This property was a dream stay for us! We stayed for a month and it was very hard to leave. Upon arrival I had the pleasure of meeting Paolo and Mara. They were the sweetest…accommodating and welcoming! They had milk, water, snacks and even a bottle of wine waiting for us! VERY much appreciated after a long day of travel. They left great restaurant & activity recommendations that we took advantage of during our visit.The location is amazing: the flat is located in the heart of beautiful Varenna!……

“We had a fantastic week at this charming house. It had everything we needed as a small family. The lake is on your doorstep so it’s very easy to walk down for an evening swim. Would highly recommend. ”

“The property was very nice and the check in process was easy. It would be good to have a car because Uber and car share services do not work in Varenna. The taxi service is a little sporadic and expensive. The train station is a long walk as is town. The view was great with plenty of space. I would rent here again but only if i had a car”
