Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Weekend at the beach
The apartment itself was nice and clean and we were upgraded to a beach view room that had a great balcony overlooking the ocean. However the building itself is less well maintained, and lobby, elevators, pool area not as nice as top-level hotels. That said, we enjoyed our weekend.

First i would like to say i love everything about miami especially having a room directly on the beach so when i seen this room on vrbo it looked amazing but once i got to the room it wasn't actually how it looked on the app don't get me wrong it was pretty decent but it just need to be updated on the vrbo app overall my stay was nice and i enjoyed my stay

Don't believe the pictures. Very run down. It is right on the beach, but nowhere close to get coffee or food. The restaurant inside was very sketchy, wouldn't eat there. The bar outside was cute and had lunch there, but limited menu.

Debris bywas found in the hallway. A guest should never have to retrieve their own soiled towels to obtain fresh ones. Only one elevator was operational.The food served at the restaurant was bland, regardless of the amount of salt and pepper added.
