Upon checking in, i was advised that the room i booked over 2 months ago wasn't being assigned to me because it was a "first come, first serve" basis. The lady DID end up putting us in the room i reserved after explaining a bunch of non sense to me, and myself getting rude. I was told they hold 500$ for liability, and that the 30$ resort fee per day will be taken out of that. Oh .. and also i had to pay 185$ for parking in the "luxury " garage attached to the hotel. We drove an expedition & driving in and out was extremely unsafe due to not being able to see when other cars were coming. The rooms were dirty as if they weren't properly cleaned...in months. We had towels with holes, no wash cloths. When i called the front desk i was told there were no wash cloths, but that Walmart was across the street. There's no restaurant/bar as is stated... i was told they closed a year ago. When i asked for recommendations on breakfast places i was told... verbatim... to go take a walk around outside, you'll see what we have. Thanks, guess i couldn't figure that out ourselves. The carpets had stains, the floors were dirty in the kitchen & bathroom... and the balcony floor was gross. They say no smoking but our outside takes had burn holes in them...about 50. There's 2 elevators for 30 floors, so plan on waiting extra time, or take the stairs. The ONE bonus was the view.. breathtaking. However, after spending 2700$ plus hidden fees, I'm disappointed. We will NEVER stay again.
