The location of the hotel was great. Several places nearby to grab a bite and also near a Publix. The location was also in close proximity to all the things i needed to do and not far from the airport.

Expedia lists as having an electric vehicle charger. There is not one. There is however one at the Marriott Fairfield inn nearby that you can use so that’s their justification for listed it as having one. You can walk back to your room but it’s not great after a long day. We asked if we could be switched to that Marriott since it was the same company. No. Nothing the gentleman would do at all even though he had knowledge that this was an issue before we came. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and there is nothing they could do. I know this issue will only effect a small amount of people staying but the way it was handled was terrible.

The hotel in itself is really amazing m. Super clean and the staff friendly. The only issue we had was with the water pressure at times we would be showering and the water would just stop working all together with us having soap on us still. The other issue is the food ordering we placed an order and the food was not ready when we came down they didn't even see the food order till when we came to pick it up at the time we requested which was an hour so the ticket was just there for an hour. We will definitely stay again just hope they fix the water pressure issue
