Our friends and I shared a room on the way to the Florida Keys for vacation as we do every year. Our friends had expensive fishing equipment stolen from the inside of their boat parked in the parking lot of hotel. Cops were called and report made. Very disappointed

There’s plenty of things to like about the property such as the room views, nearby shopping areas, and just overall great hospitality. However what I do not like is that I still haven’t had my deposit hold refunded back to me yet and it’s already been a week as I submit this survey. I’ve called and nobody can seem to give me an accurate answer to what and why is there a hold up.

I found a couple of hairs that weren't ours on the comforter. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly especially the bartender. He was great! We would definitely come back!!
