BATHROOMS: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus coffee/tea capsules (decaf by request) for the Keurig machine, creamer, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, tea kettle for loose tea

POOL: The building has a pool located on the 6th floor amenities deck. There is also a shallow wading pool for younger children. Pool & Beach towels are provided in your closet. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are grills for your use at the pool as well with outdoor dining tables.

GYM: The building has a gym located on the 6th floor amenities deck. The gym contains various cardio and weight/strength training equipment along with a virtual spin studio. Gym hours are 24/7.

PARKING: The unit comes with 1 garage parking spot for your first vehicle. To park, you will receive a decal to access the gate-secured parking garage which will be provided during check-in.

SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm. Your unit also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. A photo ID is required by the building for all registered guests.

PARKING
Upon arrival, you can temporarily leave your car in the lobby ramp area while we get you registered with the building. After, we will explain the parking procedures in our parking garage and how to access it.
