BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!
Where do I even begin! First to start Expedia gives one address but I was told by the property manager told me to go to another address which was part of the building 1 or 2 properties over. The pictures did not match what we walked into. I showed the maid the pictures of the bathroom and she said "I'm not sure where this picture is from, I clean every bathroom on this property and iv never seen that bathroom"
The bedsheets had hair on them, plates and cups were crusty, toilet seat had pubes, walls along the window had bad water damaged, bed was actually ba standard size bed and not a double or a queen. The "sofa bed" was a cot.
The property manager showed up unexpectedly and more or less just invited himself in. He said he was doing a routine check on all the units... Something didn't feel right so once he left I asked both neighboring units if anyone showed up for a check and they said no and that they haven't seen anyone since they checked in several days ago.
Overall this property manager made the stay feel rather uncomfortable, the place was dirty and damaged, we were sent to a different property than the address listed, and the place wasn't as described.
Hotel was not able to help in any regard, I ended up calling my credit card to recover my funds and Expedia themselves gave a gift card.
