Great spot location anazing
It was coming off a ship and we needed two days of rest. The only thing I feel should be in it is a few paper towels and more Kleenex especially for people there on short stays . Owner is great I would highly say go to it. One more thing u need to fix toilet paper holder. Also because it’s older have one extension cord for charging phones and one possibly a small toaster. Five stars

The room was dirty the carpet must not have been cleaned for years with humidity the elevators in general fatal you have to carry the child 3 floors to get to the beach because the elevator does not work the pools are not cleaned as they should be

Not worth it!!!
This property is very strange. You can book a VRBO, or you could just book at the hotel and have access to room service and house keeping. This room had a very strange odor, and the drawers in the dresser smelled terrible. We found fruit loops and other cereal crumbs under the bed skirts. We had a very sub par meal from the Italian restaurant and it was the MOST EXPENSIVE meal ever. 4 adults 3 kids $700!!!!!! The pools only have sun for very brief periods because of all the surrounding high rise buildings.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Much bigger than a typical hotel room. The view was perfect. Loved the customer service. The valet was always quick and enjoyed the beach chair service.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise each day. The beach and the facilities at the resort were also very good. Restaurants, grocery shopping and other convenience stores we’re across the street and within walking distance.

The room is on the 17th floor, had a few extras which were appreciated- the Keurig with plenty of K-cups, kitchen with basic utensils, dishes etc. a few shampoos/lotions in the bathroom. The lobby also has free coffee in the AM and a couple hours in the afternoon. The big pool was not heated while we were there- hardly anyone in it the whole time, but the small lap pool was heated. They provide good towels for use at the pool and for the beach. Hot tubs were all great. We liked having chairs and umbrellas to use out there. The beach was very clean. The location was good- you don't get a beach town vibe here- more upscale location. People are definitely not wearing swim cover-ups to dinner. Tons of places to eat all around, the pier is a one mile walk down, excellent restaurant. A really nice and easy way to enjoy a gorgeous stretch of beach and some sunshine. The owner's communication was wonderful.

Exactly what was expected
Fabulous ocean view from the balcony every morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Great location and awesome resort. I loved the fact the the room was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Gives you confidence that you actually get that ocean view when you arrive. The amenities in the resort were amazing. They let you hang out on the beach or by the pool if your room is not ready. On the way back our morning flight was canceled and while the check out was at 11, we were able to leave the bags at the front desk and enjoy almost the rest of the day by the pool. The service of the hotel was outstanding. Karen was a great communicator. Would definitely stay there again!

Best Florida stay ever!!
Karen was the most amazing and responsive host. Felt really taken care of. She was responsive and helped us every step of the way including letting us know as soon as the room was ready! Clean inviting and comfortable room. Trump hotel pools and beach front is amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful. The View from balcony is really amazing!!! Will book any booking that Karen hosts again soon!!!
