"The hotel is a great property with great rooms and restaurants. All the amenities are great. Only problem was that it was understaffed. All the staff were gfriendly and courteous but there were not enough to handle the guests. Also there were little things like no robes or slippers in the room, and there was a trim board along the bottom of the slidding doors to the balcony that is a serious trip hazzard. A great property that we will probably go back to, and hopefully they will have enough...

"I had the best stay at the Gale South Beach Miami. The rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive. The only things I would say are that there weren't enough towels and the shower head broke, but both were handled with a simple phone call. The location was perfect! In the middle of all the attractions, I would definitely stay here again "
