“Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. ”

“The showerhead in the bathroom is terrible. No matter how I close the shower curtain, a lot of water always leaks out onto the floor, and in the end the entire bathroom floor gets soaked.”

“Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded……

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”
