Need instructions on a card in room for Lavaza coffee machine. Need TV channel guide on a card in room. Room safe is too low to ground for those with difficulty kneeling down. Staff was very attentive and responsive. Really excellent.

The hotel was great for me and my family who were visiting the university. The hotel was directly across the street. You might as well do the valet parking versus self park which is only 3 dollars more. The hotel restaurants were a bit too much for us since we were traveling in the car all day to get to Miami. So we felt a bit under dressed. However, there’s a pretty good pizza place close by and a hammer style place for a quick bite to eat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a scenic location. Would definitely stay here again.

I didnt get y room cleaned or serviced my entire stay here. I called several times and kept getting put on hold for hours on end. I also had to call and ask for the normal coffee in the room which took a total of 2 hours.....Totally unacceptable!
