Modern, Corner Unit. WOW! Prime location in Sunny Isles WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Designer decorated, fully furnished modern corner oceanfront residence. Come relax & unwind with sunrise ocean views & a wraparound terrace that offers amazing sunset views. Floor to ceiling windows throughout truly make this spacious 1423 sq/ft apartment have a very open feel. Marble tile, granite kitchen, brand new A/C unit, & custom LED lighting. Endless ocean, intracoastal, & downtown Miami views - at night it's surreal! Towels, linens, and kitchen cooking equipment are all provided. THE SPACE: The apartment also comes with a self parking space - valet car if you desire but self parking is permitted with this residence. Avoid the lines and wait of valet parking :) LA PERLA: La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas. La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well. NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away. ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO: APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly. GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay. LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT WILL FINISH JUNE/JULY 2026 La Perla is currently working on the exterior renovation of balconies and stucco. The construction will consist of drilling, painting, and doing stucco work around the building during this period. Intermittent noise will occur during working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 4:30pm. The pool, gym, and all beach services with chairs, towels, and umbrellas will still be available to all guests during construction. The balcony of this unit will be open and fully accessible during your travel dates. All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation.
