“We booked four nights but checked out after the first night due to a lack of sleep. While the hotel has potential with its great location, comfortable mattresses, and updated bathroom fixtures, the overall experience did not match the price point. Potential guests should note a few important factors before booking: 1) Room Comfort: The room has basic, budget-style furnishings. There was no towel rack, only one towel was provided, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The hot water pot was placed……

“We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊”

“This place needs some really attention. The lock for the door pin was missing. Frame around the door near the latch it looked as someone must have tried to brake in or who knows. Ceiling has seing better days.. the room has no aircon which is fair enough, but leavening windows for air circulation the were some drink people on the square and you could hear them..I think I will stop now complaining as there are way to many things need looking”

“We booked a studio for two nights which was on 1/F and clean. A bottle of milk and some cakes were offered, which tasted good. We could park in the driveway or on the street. We visited the Four Waterfalls and hiked to the Pen y Fan along the horse shoe route, both spots were within 30 minutes of drive. Tesco and restaurants were just within a few minutes.”

“What a stunning property. A beautiful, loved home with such small intricate thoughts to make your stay stress free. Simple things like cleaning materials, hand-wash, extra towels, throws, board games and books....... I know they sound simple things, but a lot of properties miss these things out. Our host was attentive and available if we needed and he made the process so easy. It was great for our dog, with 2 parks within 100m of the property. I would highly recommend this quiet retreat if……
