False advertisement on Hotels.com. Pool was not working. Beach was not as pictured due to hurricane. Front desk was very unfriendly. Forced us to eat our dinner in the room instead of dining room and then charged us double for dinner. Bar staff ignored us and charged us double the locals. Locals ...

View was phenomenal. No sand mats .AC broken on arrival. 6 days to fix. Borrowed recliners from business 6 miles down road. Would like to send copy of texts from owners to us. Only 2 bedrooms had AC. Other bedroom detached was mainly their storage room. No way 6 people could have stayed there comfortably. ...
