"The best part about this hotel is the location. For what it is, it was very overpriced as the rooms are hip and cute but very basic. The location cannot be beat, however, so for that I will give the highest rating. The main lounge area is quite cute, but the room was sparse, with no real amenities. The doors stuck and were hard to open and close; the patio existed but looked out on garbage cans. Again, it was an old motel that someone hipster-fied cheaply. It has massive potential to be really cool, but they have not hit that mark yet. Would I stay there again? Sure...but not for $348/night."
