"Had problem with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, Two were mounted on the wall in the shower. The other on a shelf. Only had use of one arm and had no idea how to use them.. Just had to push them against the wall to get enough to get clean. Simple little containers would have been more useful."

"Floor in my room was disgusting. Dirt and hair everywhere dust on tables. You could tell no one taking there job seriously and no one was checking cleanliness "

"The wrong microwave wasn’t working. The lights was out. We had to switch rooms horrible service. Microwave was broke, but the manager was really nice and helpful."

"Front desk Brenda was friendly and professional. A delight to meet her after a tough day. Room was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a "10" for convenience and variety. This was everything a hotel should be. And no pets! A big plus."
