“It was a family trip. Overall we liked the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with a pretty big fridge and an amazing microwave oven. Breakfast was nice with a variety of different meals. Staff were generally friendly.
That said, at the arrival we found out that their indoor pool and gym were closed. We were wondering why that information was not updated in Expedia.”
