"Jeremy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, the public areas of the hotel and the room were in great condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast waiter was personable. It was a good experience."

"Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work."
