This tastefully decorated condominium in the Windswept community at The Peninsula is ready for your vacation. It's close proximity to the pool, fitness center and tennis courts make it an ideal location for your vacation. Windswept units have elevator access. Club Amenity Fees due with final payments, some restrictions apply. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Pets are not permitted at this property; Peninsula rules allow for 2 cars maximum. Sunday to Sunday rental

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Good vacation nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good Comfortable place But ice machine and garbage disposal weren’t working otherwise good space The condo building had issues with the elevator but got fixed

What a beautiful condo along with such a wonderful community. My family and myself had the best time! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and so conveniently located to all amenities. My husband really enjoyed the golf course and my daughter loved the wave pool. We can't wait to go back next year!
