“This was our first time vacationing on The Big Island after many years of visiting Oahu, Kauai and Maui. This island and THIS HOUSE were worth the wait!!! “What a wonderful place to stay! The property was so clean and the area was quiet . The views from the deck were superb and it made leaving the house for the day very hard! To swim it’s definitely challenging to enter and exit water but worth the effort ! My parents (75) were not able to get in as the terrain to enter and exit was too treacherous . My sister and I enjoyed the paddle boards and I swam everyday! Make sure to plan ahead as the drive “up the hill” is an event! We would definitely……

“Our host as very accommodating and responded to anything we needed. The daylight lower apartment is nicely set up. We could see a little view of trees and the water from the small deck with a surrounding flowering garden.We were able to make meals on the hot plate and small refrigerator provided. A microwave and coffee pot is available too. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed comfortable. It was in a neighborhood, so stores are 20 to 30 minutes away. But we appreciated the quiet and snorkling……
