“We have stayed at this resort several years ago and we enjoyed the experience. However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. We booked an available room. When we arrived at the property, there was virtually no one else in the resort but ourselves. The resort……

“Ac worked,, there were fans in each room of the cabin. Bedrooms wre clean and although the decor was dated..it worked for what we needed. (We had some elderly people with us and they loved it) Bathroom shower was loose however it worked and we were greatful it had 2 bathrooms in it. The windows had cool features in them as well.”

“The North Rustico Harbour Inn may look like a basic motel on the outside but it is clean, stylish, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and there is even a communal barbecue on site, available to guests. There is a grassy area available for children (or adults!) to play. The parking spots are extra wide. “Bed was OK, but the space in the room is insufficient”

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a full kitchen with a gas stovetop. Instead, I was given a room with only a kitchenette. As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method.”
