I had to put a $150 deposit on the room. They gave me room 107 which had a dent in the wall which I reported. Also, when I went to go out in the evening, I noticed a small bag of garbage about 3 feet from my door. When I came back4 hours later it was still there. When I got up the next morning, it was still there. Of the 3 soap dispensers in the shower, 2 were empty. I liked the room. It was clean. The layout more unique than other hotels and the bed was comfortable. The fitness room was adequate for my short stay and the pool was clean. I was just mostly concerned about the ding on the wall.

IT WAS VERY UNSAFE . I barely could get any sleep, I had to watch my car every hour to make sure it did not get stolen. There needs to be better security, at least 2. That's driving around all night. There needs to be a gate around. guest parking . Just ridiculous . The police was called due to the one security girl seeing men drive around twice with ski mask. very unsafe environment.

Checkin was great! Got to the room and the room smelt like manure or a dirty mop! People in room above us were like a group of elephants! When they walked around you could hear every step! Notified the front desk about feel and they said they would clean room again but they never did! Notified hotel on the Welcome text message but still no response! Rm 339!

No tv service, water for a shower or food.
They lost connection for any television programming and I was told multiple times it was almost fixed. It took over a day. The next day the water was shut off with no notice! We went to eat dinner at 6pm and the staff never came to serve us even after I asked the front desk if they were open. I had to order Uber eats to feed my kid as the staff just sat and watched tv. Never again.
