While i think the property has tremendous potenial, it is in need of a serious remodel, both in decor and potentially management. We checked into a suite, and the room was absolutely filthy. There were multiple large stains on the carpet, the seat of the couch, the walls, and the door. The toilet had stains on the top of the lid, and the room had not been properly vacummed, as there were crumbs all over the floor. We called the front desk to ask to switch to a new room, and were told we had to wait for the housekeeping manager to come inspect the room. So instead of just accomodating our request, i had to wait for this employee to knock on my door, do a walkthrough and show her where the stains and filth was, before the front desk would move me to a new room. As a paying guest... that's not my job, nor should it be. We were finally moved to a new room, and there were still two huge stains on the carpet. However, we were exhausted and just wanted to lay down, and figured all of the rooms are probably run down. I got into the bed to take a nap, and then we got a knock on the door. My partner answered it, and the next thing i know, we have a housekeeper walking through our room and into the bedroom where i was in bed, looking for a cellphone she apparently lost. I was beyond annoyed at this point, completely innapropriate. We switched hotels the next day. Beyond poor experience for nearly $200.
