Older property that shows it's age. The rooms were large and our room had a sitting area that was a separate room and you could close off from the bedroom (not sure if all rooms were suites like this). The interior courtyard has a pool, hot tub and tons of seating - it would be great if you were traveling with children and staying a bit. Not a walkable area - close to highways. A bit pricey for the value.

First off at check inn the host was very unprofessional and on the phone with a personal phone call. The room stunk and the beds were hard as rocks the AC unit was loud and the bathroom door didn’t fit you had to pull it tight to close it not enough towels the pool was ice cold too. The TV the volume was stuck on loud couldn’t adjust it. Not happy with this place

What a horrible motel. I spent last night in Fargo and had such a wonderful experience there. This place was the exact opposite. The young lady who checked me in was rude and condescending. She refused to provide me with receive and would not credit points to my rewards account as she said that I booked with Expedia, which is the same thing I did in Fargo and they provided me with a receipt and awarded points for my visit. I am visually impaired and the room was so dark I had to do my work the restroom as that is the only part of my room I can adequately see in. They put a water restrictor on the bathroom faucet that is not correctly applied and as a result water splashes up everywhere making a huge mess all over the countertop and soaked my shirt. I will NEVER stay at this dump again. Oh, as for the thermostat in my room, it is programmed in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit and does not allow a guest to change it.

I expected more out of a Wyndham hotel. It wasn’t very clean. We only had one towel. The property looks tired. The repairs that were done were low grade repairs. For example, the bathroom door had the veneer peeling off and someone had painted over it instead of repairing properly or replacing the door. I would be hesitant to stay in another Wyndham property. Poor reviews are starting to be consistent.

The pool area with the seating was huge, and the breakfast was really quite good for a hotel! Overall the Baymont met our needs and we didn’t have any issues with our stay.

The best part of this hotel is that the staff are very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and that it provided breakfast. We did not enjoy the run down appearance of the hotel and the rooms, the noise of Saturday night guests until 3am, room service is only offered every 3 days, and breakfast options are very basic. I had specifically reserved a non-poolside room, but that is what we got. The frame of this door came off the wall. The air conditioner was old and very loud coming on & off all night. We had to ask for another towel for the room to equal the number of us, and shampoo, we had to ask for pool towels at the front desk since the shelf by the pool was completely empty. For the price we paid, this hotel is NOT worth the stay. It's unfortunate because the staff were very wonderful.
