My feed back would be that no one at the front desk took or maybe gas the ability/ authority to handle customer requests or complaints.
Twice, because I used Expedia to book the room was I told that the issues I had could not be resolved because I booked through a third party.
Unfortunately I see this more and more.
It’s really sad to witness this. I feel that as a customer I’m being asked to do everything from booking in etc. And that the concierge or front of the house staff can just really provide no service at all.
This is what fast tech seems to be concluding, that it’s easier to pound the numbers and forget about service.
