Hotel is very run down. Wallpaper is pealing off all over in entrance and hallways. Rooms are very dirty. Mold was growing in the bathroom, there were chunks of random stuff on the walls. The headboard had handprints smeared on it. The sink was separating from the wall. Do not recommend.

The staff is helpful and answer quesrions in a helpful way. The whole building needs a refresh. No mone spent on esthetics in a long time

Shower door leaked. They sent a text asking what they could do to help us settle in, and when we asked, they said we’d have to come to the front desk. Breakfast was not typical of La Quinta. No waffles. Coffee and juice and bagels ran out. People at desk were friendly and efficient. Shuttle van driver was friendly and efficient.

This hotel does not have an elevator. They should make this a major note to prospective clients. I had to take an inferior room on the first floor due to a bad knee. No offer was made to take my luggage upstairs.

The parking lot was filled with multiple pot holes. Drop off canapy was blocked by shuttle bus. No air conditioning in lobby or hallways. Room was double booked. Someone opened our door with their key. Front desk called and asked if i was staying there after I pre-registered the night before and registered at front desk minutes before this.

Okay stay, our room was not in the best location so we heard everyone going up and down the stairs. Also the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I dropped my toothbrush on the ground and when I picked it up there was a wad of hair and dust on it.

The stench of cigarettes was overwhelming in the halls and the room smelled very strongly of them as well. No elevator so prepare to drag a bag up a flight of stairs. Bedding was new and beyond the smell it wasn’t that bad. But the smell is enough I wouldn’t go back again. This is the 6th hotel in a week for us and it was t great.
