Absolutely long wait time to check in while waiting in a cramped lobby with many other people due to only one person working. Not really any actual parking spots to store vehicle though we paid extra for that.

Very close to the Mall of America with a shuttle service! Good breakfast buffet. Did not like wooden floors as it was a bit slippery and no safety holds in the shower.

Although attempts have been made to clean the hotel up, it still has a very dated and unkept feel. The room smelled of chlorine so much that I had a headache. It gave the impression that they were trying to hide potential underlying smells that were more long term such as mildew. I would never stay at this hotel again, ever!
