“There was blood in all three rooms we had booked. The walls were dirty with handprints, the plumbing was leaking, the A/C was not working correctly, and the breakfast tasted moldy and sour.”

“We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls……
