Perfect location
This was our first visit to the Destin/Sandestin area and we loved this area! Beautiful resort, lots of things to do within walking distance or you can take the tram. Beach is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The amenities of the complex were beautiful as well, we utilized the pool and the gym. We loved the large balcony space for hanging out in the evenings - we could hear the live bands playing on the other side of the building. It was a wonderful stay and we plan on returning!

Girls weekend!
We absolutely loved the location of this property, everything was so close we could walk almost everywhere!!! This condo VRBO was small and cozy, never was concerned for our safety! We have a few suggestions that could improve it; better quality of sheets, remove the mold around the bath tub/shower area (the only place that had any mold area)! The house cleaner just needs to get in there with some good ole bleach!! But overall it was great and will probably return yearly!!!

We loved staying here. The condo was very clean and the location was amazing. Connects to Baytowne Wharf and has many delicious restaurants all within seconds from the condo. Tram access was easy to use and took us to and from the beach everyday. Owner was always very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Nice clean studio, perfect for our needs. Provided a good central location for the SandDestin properties. Shuttle at the front door, quick shop and restaurants downstairs… parking wasn’t an issue for us either- We had a spot out front and didn’t use our vehicle but a couple of times with the shuttle service available. Nice pool. We’ll keep this listing in mind for future trips.

The studio is absolutely gorgeous. I really enjoyed the outdoor connecting patio. We were right in the heart of Baytowne Wharf which I didn’t realize! Nat was quick to respond to any questions I had. The pool is wonderful. It was just an all around fabulous trip. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Super convenient, walk directly out to restaurants, bars and shops. Would have liked an information sheet on what is needed to ride the shuttle bus (they were insistent on a room key or owner's card) and also where the pool was (several pools through-out the property but the close one is Pilot House, building just north). Also how to get local TV but Netflix and cable news did the trick. We had a very good visit! Unit is great for a couple or single and could have served cocktails to several out on the large balcony!
