“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“Room was clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, good coffee machine. Popcorn was a great touch and friendly front desk staff. Perfect location and good parking locked at 11pm until 6am. We will be returning our next visit in Thunder Bay”

“Room was so hot, it was unbearable. Apparently the room is centrally heated as the temperature outside gets colder. So we had no control of the heat. They gave us a fan, luckily it was so loud that it drowned out the noise from the pool next to us. Not impressed. ”

“What a delightful surprise it was for the four of us to find this amazing apartment! The street parking was perfect for our uhaul truck and vehicle, the beds were comfortable and the Finnish pancakes were delicious. We all felt so welcome in this very well-appointed apartment. Thank you for your hospitality!”
