“When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund. ”
