“We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. Its in a good location, and right on the beach making it easy to explore the local attractions, take boat trips and visit the nearby village. The staff were all really helpful, attentive and friendly. The pool and grounds are well maintained and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The delicious food was fresh, locally sourced and plentiful - we sampled it all. We particularly enjoyed the floating breakfast on our last morning. Entertainment……

“We stayed at Reef & Beach Resort and had a mixed experience, with both positive highlights and some significant drawbacks. Upon arrival, we were assigned a ground-floor room located next to a building under renovation. This resulted in constant noise, construction dust, and workers moving back and forth outside the room throughout the day and evening. “Jag och min fru besökte hotellet under vår smekmånad i Tanzania. Detta hotell var helt nyöppnat och vi var väldigt skeptiska till hotellet när vi först bokade eftersom många av bilderna var genererade och inte faktiska foton... Men vi chansade och fick en superbra upplevelse. Allt var väldigt rent och fräscht och personalen var väldigt måna om att vi hade det bra. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett bättre rum än vi bokat eftersom det fanns tillgängligt och blev även bjudna på saker under vistelsen……

“We had the upstairs ocean view room which was quite large with a large covered deck on 2 sides. The front 2 walls facing the water were all glass with a fantastic ocean view from the room or the deck. There are only 4 rooms and the 2 not facing the water looked like they would not be nearly as amazing. The infinity pool was large and clean. “Relaxed beyond words during our stay @ Blue Reef. This place is a vibe…chill. Luxuries abound in our rooms (we stayed in the apartment). So much space for our family of 4 to really spread out and regroup after a week of safari in northern Tanzania. Snorkeling right from the hotel was perfect for the kids.
