"The room had everything we needed, nice clean/modern bathroom, good bed. The dining experience was wonderful, the food was very good, breakfast and dinner. Staff was great and fun, and the owner is a pretty cool dude! The walking trail on the property, about a mile long, was very fun and weird and I loved it most of all. "My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. "My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines.
