The food was good, the staff were helpful and nice . I liked the animation team, they’re very engaged with the guests, I liked the activities for the kids.
However, the restaurant was very crowded, and the food runs out very quickly! One restaurant, was not enough for the amount of guests, which created long lines, and long wait to get some food ! I will recommend at least 2 stations for the more requested foods such as pizzas, chicken nuggets, fries , and mssemen, and omelets for breakfast time. Regarding the room, the AC did not seem to be working well, we had to request new bathroom towels the next day, because when housekeeping fixes the room, next day, they just picked up the dirty towels, and did not replace with new ones.
Overall the atmosphere was good and we had fun.
