Hampton Inn By Hilton Aiken

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is only three months old and it is very nice. It's more upscale than most Hampton Inns we have stayed in. At breakfast they actually use real plates and silverware, not paper. Staff was friendly and polite. I wish they would put Keurig coffee machines in the room, but I survived. Oh I almost forgot, NO evening cookies. We've always look forward to the warm cookies, please bring back the cookies. Cracker Barrel an Chick-fil-a are just across the street."

The Last Resort at Martins Landing

10/10 Excellent

"The home was very well appointed with nearly any toiletry and kitchen items one would possibly need. Also, there were laundry and cleaning supplies. The parking area was very convenient as the driveway was a pull-thru; which was perfect for us since we were towing a small trailer. Na’Cho Margarita and Martins Landing bar and grill were a very short walk towards the pier. We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it was a little too short."

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Aiken

DREHER DREAMS CABIN-LAKEFRONT- KAYAKS,PADDLEBOARDS,FISHING POLES,7 BEDS SLEEPS 9

10/10 Excellent

"This log cabin home was amazing. It had a great lakefront lot and the views were awesome. We fishing off the dock, enjoyed nightly fires in the fire pit and made great family memories. Inside, the house lacked nothing. There were games, videos, puzzles, outdoor water toys. Fishing gear and such. Home was roomy, bedrooms large, and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook, eat etc. hosts were so responsive and great. We can’t wait to come back . The best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Thank you."

Sunset Gem private dock & boat ramp on Lake Murray

10/10 Excellent

"We had a Fabulous weekend. This cabin was on a quiet cove. You are literally steps away from the water. The screened in porch was our favorite feature we saw egrets, blue heron deer blue bird greeted us in the morning woodpecker. This cabin reminded me of my grandmother's house. (She had same cabinetry)This is a four room cinderblock cabin. One bedroom with queen bed with rollout chair the other with fullsize bed with single trundle. It was fixed up really cute. The screened porch makes it fell so much bigger. The dock was great my husband enjoyed fishing off it and the manicured yard. The host has wood ready for you for the firepit. Bring your fuzzy slippers and favorite coffee mug and de-stress as the screened porch welcomes you. Watching the mist on the lake with lots of wildlife so relaxing. Even tho the pictures look smaller the rooms are surprisingly larger than I expected. We had 3 adults and a small dog and felt very comfortable. Actually it felt like time slowed down. Our pup loved it too. There are a couple good restaurants close by. One pet friendly one not. We will definitely stay again. Is it luxury no but it's a home that has been well loved and maintained. No musty smells clean cabin. Watch for wooden fence. Enjoy!"
