"The property was cleaned and looked exactly as the photos showed. The problem was the host would often not respond, leaving us with no answers to our questions. The other problem was the site listed AC as one of the amenities but when we got there we noticed the ac didn’t work and was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius. When I reached out about it I was ghosted and never got an answer."
