"The arcade some of the games were broken and the claw toy games were empty also elavators were out of order and they did not serve any food only coffee in the loby paid gor a late check out and while we were at the water park someone came in our room and stripped the beds while all of our belongings were still in the room including my wallet but over all the staff were very frendly and nice and my son had a blast "

"Bed bugs, dirty spa in room, beds are gross and firm, room smelled of cigarettes, no extra pillows, no extra towels, staff unpleasant, property ghetto. Pool was ok. Jacuzzi by pool broken not working. Breakfast was ok. Overall never staying again. I want a damn refund after finding bugs next day but I was denied a refund. "

"There was an area wide power outage so we checked in and out in complete darkness. Walls are a but thin, we could hear guests beside us. The staff were doing an exceptional job given the circumstances. "
